1. The main components, including the base, machine body, worktable, middle slide, and lifting slide, are all cast from high-strength materials and undergo artificial aging treatment to ensure the long-term stability of the machine tool.
2. The milling head is equipped with a turret milling head, and the spindle has both manual and micro-feed modes, making machining convenient and accurate. The milling head can be adjusted ±45° in the vertical plane and rotated 360° in the horizontal plane, expanding the machine tool's machining range.
3. The worktable has three feed modes: manual, motorized, and motorized rapid traverse. The motorized feed can achieve eight different feed speeds to meet various machining requirements. Rapid traverse allows the workpiece to quickly reach the machining position, shortening non-machining time.
4. The Z-axis lifting of the lifting table can be achieved manually or motorized, and the manual and motorized modes are interlocked, eliminating unsafe factors.
5. The X-axis travel of the worktable can reach 800mm, and the X, Y, and Z-axis guideways are treated with ultra-high frequency quenching, precision grinding, and scraping, improving accuracy and extending the machine tool's service life.
6. The manual lubrication device can provide forced lubrication to the longitudinal, transverse, and vertical lead screws and guideways, reducing machine tool wear and ensuring efficient operation. Simultaneously, the cooling system adjusts the coolant flow rate by adjusting the nozzles to meet different processing requirements.
7. The machine tool operating system is suspended on the upper right side of the machine tool via an arm, conforming to ergonomic principles and facilitating operation. The control panel uses intuitive symbols for a simple and straightforward design.
8. The turret milling machine spindle can be selected from R8, NT30, or NT40.
9. Equipped with an improved electrical box and controller, featuring 110V and 220V output sockets.
