High‑performance swivel milling spindle for high‑speed & heavy‑cutting
The swivel‑head spindle delivers 15 kW S1 power and 39.6 Nm torque, with maximum speed up to 20000 rpm. It supports high‑speed finishing as well as milling, drilling and angular‑surface machining. Both 3+2 positional machining and 5‑axis simultaneous mill‑turn operations are available. When the swing head is horizontal, the working range from tool tip to chuck nose covers 25‑725 mm for large‑size workpieces.
High‑rigidity guideway & brake‑equipped servo drives for stable positioning
Z2 axis adopts roller linear guideway. X, Y, Z1 and Z2 axes are equipped with servo motors with brakes. The brake function locks slides reliably under power‑off or stand‑by conditions to prevent position drifting. Roller guideways provide high load capacity and vibration resistance for stable turning and milling cycles. The machine base adopts 2×45# cast iron plus 6‑carriage structure for strong overall rigidity.
Complete mill‑turn capability in single clamping
Integrated turning and 5‑axis milling functions allow turning (OD, face, bore), milling, slotting, angled‑hole and complex‑surface machining in one setup. It eliminates cumulative positioning errors caused by repeated re‑clamping, improves part accuracy and shortens cycle time. Matched with CL‑12DP‑A8 chuck, it can handle workpieces with swing diameter up to 600‑700 mm for medium‑large size shaft and disc components.
Open machine‑frame platform for flexible CNC configuration
Supports integration with various mainstream CNC controllers. Note: Encoder signal requirements vary among different CNC brands. Please specify CNC brand upon order for correct encoder matching. As a bare machine frame, peripheral units such as tool magazine, chip conveyor, guarding and coolant system can be selected freely by end‑users.
Generous working envelope
At the left‑most horizontal position of swing head, distance from spindle nose to chuck center reaches 500 mm. Effective tool working range 25‑725 mm, suitable for mixed‑volume production of diverse complex parts.
