A dual-turret/dual-spindle configuration significantly shortens the machining cycle time. Simultaneous machining with both upper and lower turrets significantly reduces machining time. Synchronous machining with the upper and lower turrets minimizes workpiece displacement, achieving balanced cutting.

 

The moving column design eliminates machining diameter limitations caused by machine tool structure, replacing the cross-rail design that interferes with workpiece and turret operation, thus enabling a larger machining area.

 

An automatic tool changer improves productivity. The turret can hold up to 12 tools, employing a 12-angle drum turret. The turret features a large-span turret box and a rigidly locked gear disc structure.

 

Powered tool turrets are quite expensive, therefore, turning-milling machining centers are generally costly. The high cost of electric tool turrets contributes to the high cost of turning centers.

 

Long-term automatic operation is achieved through optional bar feeders, workpiece loaders, and other automation options. The dual-pallet exchange configuration shortens setup time and enables continuous machining. The bed adopts a funnel-shaped chip removal structure, the spindle box adopts a large-span symmetrical structure, and the connection surface between the saddle and the bed adopts a stepped design.
