The box way vertical machining center frame is designed with FEM optimization, making it suitable for high-precision and long-term stable machining of mass-produced parts, while offering a more favorable price compared to traditionally designed models.
It is widely used in mold manufacturing and parts processing where strict requirements apply with regard to machining accuracy and rigidity. The mechanical parts' advantages stem from careful material selection and the precise machining of each core component.

High rigidity casting
The frames are made of GG30 castings, carefully processed through resin sand molding and a wooden pattern.
Top-level imported core parts
• Ball screws: Imported ball screws from internationally renowned brands such as PMI and THK are used.
• Bearings: Top-brand imported bearings, such as FAG, NSK and NTN, are used.
• Couplings: Imported couplings, such as R+W, are used.
• Booster cylinder
Precision box guideway: improving motion accuracy and wear resistance
The X, Y and Z three-axis box guide ways of the frames undergo a quenching and grinding process, are coated with Turcite-B, and are then precision scraped.
Imported high-precision spindle
Offer a selection of spindles with various rotational speeds, such as CTS spindles, belt-driven spindles and direct-drive spindles, to meet different machining requirements.
Comprehensive protection and lubrication
• Telescopic protection cover: The X, Y and Z axes are all equipped with stainless steel telescopic protection covers from brands such as Keyarrow.
• Central automatic lubrication system: The machine is equipped with a central automatic lubrication system.
Z-axis counterbalance system: ensures vertical machining stability.
The Z-axis of the machine is equipped with a counterbalance system which can effectively offset the weight of the Z-axis itself, as well as that of the spindle and tools.
