The XC series is a cost-effective profile machining center featuring an optional X-axis travel ranging from 2000mm to 8000mm.

Standard Configuration: X driven by Rack & Pinion for rapid long-distance positioning and high-speed traverse, ideal for processing long and slender work pieces.

High-Precision Option: For applications requiring high accuracy, the X-axis can be configured with Ball Screw transmission instead, delivering goodl positioning precision for tight-tolerance jobs.

HT300 castings are fabricated via resin sand molding, followed by electric furnace tempering, rough machining, and vibration treatment. This comprehensive treatment effectively eliminates internal stresses, ensuring excellent long-term dimensional stability and high precision retention.

Equipped with top international components as standard:

Drive System: C3-grade preloaded ball screws and linear guides ensure smooth motion and high rigidity.

Bearing: P4-grade precision bearings guarantee minimal friction and maximum rotational stability.

Spindle: High-quality imported spindle is standard. Furthermore, the spindle can be upgraded to a swivel head configuration to meet special machining requirements.

Integrated 4th Axis Ready: The table length is approximately 600mm longer than the X-axis travel, providing ample space to easily integrate a 4th axis for cylindrical or contour machining.

Multi-Clamping Efficiency: Supports simultaneous clamping of multiple parts in a single setup, significantly reducing cycle times and overall production costs.

Suitable for processing a diverse range of long structural parts, including aluminum extrusions, automotive long beams, new energy component frames, and profile parts with large length-to-diameter ratios.
