Mechanical Advantages

High-Quality Castings

 

The bed and key structural parts are made of high-quality HT300, which is produced by resin sand casting process. This advanced casting process effectively improves the density and structural uniformity of the cast iron, enhances the overall rigidity and vibration damping performance of the machine tool.

Slant Bed Design

 

The lathe adopts a scientific slant bed structure, usually inclined at 30°angle. The slant bed design provides better ergonomics, making it easier for operators to access the job and tooling, improving processing efficiency; more importantly, the slant bed structure can better distribute the load of the BOX way, further exerting its advantages in heavy-load processing.

BOX Way Design

 

The BOX way is with a larger contact area between the guide way surfaces, stronger load-bearing capacity and impact resistance, and can effectively absorb the vibration generated during heavy cutting, ensuring the stability of the machine tool during high-load, high-speed cutting.

High-Speed Rapid feed

 

The X and Z axes of the lathe are designed with high-speed movement performance, and the rapid speed can reach 14m/min. What distinguishes it from linear rail lathes is that the BOX way can maintain excellent stability and positioning accuracy even at high-speed rapid traverse.

Excellent Wear Resistance & Long-Term Stability

 

The BOX way adopts precision grinding and quenching process, with high surface hardness and smoothness, and is equipped with a professional lubrication system to ensure uniform lubrication of the guideway surface, effectively reducing friction and wear.

 

Flexible Mechanical Configurations

Flexible Turret Configurations

 

The lathe is equipped with a flexible turret system, which can be customized according to different processing needs. Optional configurations include servo turret, power turret and Y-axis power turret.

Optional Servo Tailstock

 

The lathe can be equipped with two types of servo tailstocks to meet different workpiece support needs: ball screw servo tailstock and Z-axis driven servo tailstock. The fully programmable servo tailstock can be controlled by part program

Dual Spindle Configuration

 

The dual spindle design enables the machine tool to complete the processing of both ends of the workpiece in one clamping, avoiding repeated clamping errors, greatly improving processing efficiency and processing accuracy.

Sheet Metal and Guide way Covers

 

The lathe can be equipped with sheet metal and XZ-axis guide way covers.
