The frames are made of GG30 castings, carefully processed through resin sand molding and a wooden pattern. It delivers exceptional vibration damping and structural rigidity.

The inverted-T "wide base, narrow top" structure keeps the machine's center of gravity low and close to the ground. This design easily withstands continuous heavy-duty cutting loads and ensures outstanding long-term precision retention.

Excellent Dynamic Machining Performance

 

Featuring a moving-column, the worktable does not travel along the Z-axis. This reduces moving mass and eliminates inertial errors caused by heavy table movement. It enables higher feed rates and accelerations, significantly boosting machining efficiency-ideal for high-volume production environments.

Compared to conventional T-type horizontal machining centers, the inverted-T design offers a more compact footprint without compromising rigidity or accuracy

Complete Multi-Face Machining in One Setup

 

Equipped with a rotary table, the frame performs full multi-sided and complex cavity machining in a single clamping. This drastically reduces clamping times, minimizes cumulative positioning errors, and improves part consistency and first-pass yield.

Optimized Chip Removal & Thermal Stability

 

The machine bed is designed with integrated U-shaped chip flushing channels and internal screw conveyors for fast, efficient chip evacuation. This reduces heat buildup and thermal deformation, while also simplifying the installation and maintenance of external enclosures and chip conveyors.

Flexible Configuration Options

 

Customers can customize the machine with different spindle specifications, tool magazines, rotary tables, or twin pallet changers to match specific production needs. This modular design adapts to applications ranging from precision molds to heavy-duty box-type components.

Lubrication and Y counter balance
