The machine structure is made of high-quality HT300 cast iron, manufactured using resin sand molding, followed by tempering and vibration stress relief to eliminate internal stresses and ensure long-term dimensional stability.

The machine is equipped with two A2-8 motorized turning spindles, enabling simultaneous or sequential turning operations on both ends of the work piece.
